This is what we have been higlighting for some time. Australia will be pulled into the US's orbit as we move away from China. I'm not sure critical minerals will be worth $2 as Trump states, but there is no doubt that the US is removing itself from China's rare earth grip. Watch phamaceuticals because it will be the next industry to be removed from China's grip.

Lesson of the Week

There is a persistent myth in investing that you never lose when you buy stocks regardless of the price because time heals all wounds. This chart below shows that that is simply not the case. Stocks can spend a long time in the wilderness delivering sub-par returns and underperforming other asset classes. Don't be lured into the idea that you are "missing out" simply because making money in the short term looks easy. Valuation matters.
