1. Eligibility for Refund
This guarantee applies to all initial purchases of the Systematic Investor Online, Well 2 Online, and Well 3 Online programs. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request in writing to our support team within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase date.
2. The "Implementation" Standard
As this is a professional mentorship program focused on system mastery, we require a specific window of engagement before a refund can be considered. This ensures you have tested the logic and utilized our implementation support without consuming the entirety of the program's intellectual property.
Course Completion Window
You must have completed at least 25% of the online course modules, but no more than 50%. This demonstrates a genuine effort to understand the framework while protecting the complete system.
Implementation Support
You must have utilized one (1) private 1-on-1 session with the TMM team. This session is designed to address any structural questions or points of friction you encountered.
If, after meeting these engagement milestones, you do not believe the rules-based architecture provides the structural clarity you require for your portfolio, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
3. Requesting a Refund

4. Exclusions
This guarantee applies specifically to the one-time enrolment fees for our online framework programs. It does not apply to:
- Subscription fees for Signals and Noise Premium (billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time).
- Custom 1-on-1 Advisory or Stewardship programs that have progressed beyond the initial strategy session.
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
