What is the difference between Direct and Executive?
Both deliver the complete Three Wells framework. Direct includes 6 private sessions across 12 months (bi-monthly). Executive includes 12 sessions (monthly) plus direct access to Steve, Jacob and Tom year-round, advanced frameworks, and an invitation to the annual TMM retreat.
What if I just want the online programs?
The Systematic Investor tier gives you full access to the online frameworks with 3 private sessions to embed the content. Direct adds structured 1:1 delivery so the team walks alongside you as you build.
How much time should I expect to commit?
Most clients spend a few hours per week engaging with the frameworks and preparing for sessions. The goal is disciplined, thoughtful decision-making, not constant activity.
What happens after 12 months?
