By accessing our website, enrolling in programs, purchasing products, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms.

All information provided by Total Money Management is general financial product advice only and has been prepared without taking into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

Our Licence

Unless stated otherwise, all services are educational and general in nature.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging with TMM you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

Investing involves risk, including loss of capital.

Results vary materially between individuals.

You will not rely solely on TMM content when making investment decisions.
Fees and Payments

Fees are disclosed at point of sale.

Payment plans must be completed in full unless a refund is approved.

Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access.

You authorise TMM to charge your nominated payment method according to agreed terms.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated:
Digital and 1-1 Programs
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and may require evidence of genuine participation.
Refunds are discretionary.
After 14 days, all payments become non-refundable and any remaining instalments must be completed.
Workshops and Events
No refunds are provided. Tickets may be transferred with at least 72 hours written notice, subject to availability.
Intellectual Property
All TMM materials are protected by copyright.
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence for individual use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or share any TMM content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TMM excludes all liability for loss arising from use of our services or content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited under Australian Consumer Law.
TMM is not responsible for financial outcomes resulting from general advice.
Photography and Media
By attending TMM events or programs, you grant permission for photos or videos to be used in marketing and promotional materials.
Confidentiality
All program materials and participant discussions are confidential.

External Dispute Resolution
We are members of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
Complaints may be lodged via www.afca.org.au.
Termination
TMM may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or pose regulatory risk.
Outstanding payments remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of QLD courts.
